Because you know we're all about the D bout the D no fingers
we're all about the E bout the E first finger.

Yeah it's pretty clear, that we love open D,
we like to pluck it to pluck it for all to hear and see.
And we've got our set up with just enough space.
With our left-hand and our right in all the right places
Mrs. Radspinner told us we better not touch the bow.
And if she finds out we touched it back to our homerooms we will go.
Oh I love open D it's so simple and then we add one.
And then we keep our first finger down. then we'll release it for none.
